Speaker: Natalie Anderson, Colorado resident & Top American Finisher of the Whitewater Grand Prix. (Check out the video clip below). The topic of her presentation will be:
What Makes a Great Kayaker

Natalie was born in a small town in California, and spent a lot of her childhood around rivers, rafting with her family.  She first started paddling as a freshman in college, in 2003.  She built her basic skills playboating, then began creekboating more seriously around 2007.  She is now a highly accomplished paddler, and has recently returned from the 2012 Whitewater Grand Prix in Chile, where she placed fifth.

Natalie is sponsored by Fluid Kayaks, H2O paddles, Snap Dragon, WRSI, Stohlquist, and Season Five.

In her spare time she studies rivers.  She is currently working on her PhD investigating the natural flux of river wood in the Mackenzie River Basin of Canada.

We will be conducting a raffle of boating gear & swag including a  SUPerCharger Whitewater River SUP, courtesy of Jackson Kayak.
Would highly encourage people to renew/activate their membership for this event!

Likely rendezvous at the Piano Bar afterwards.
