The 18th Annual Golden Community Rodeo series is back!!!
Come enjoy the 2 night Golden Community Rodeo Series at the Clear Creek Whitewater Park in downtown Golden, CO, presented by Colorado Whitewater, and Confluence Kayaks.
EVENTS Week 1: The first freestyle competition will be Wednesday, June 26 at the Clear Creek Whitewater Park in Golden. It is sponsored by Golden River Sports.
The comp is open to all kayakers*, including C1s, of all skill levels on June 19. Participants will be grouped into appropriate categories based on their age, gender, and skill level - typically Junior, Sport, Intermediate, Expert, and Masters Divisions for both men and women.
EVENTS Week 2: There will be a fun downriver race for all crafts on Wednesday, July 10 sponsored by Colorado Whitewater. No registration is necessary. Simply show up prior to 5:30 on competition day to sign up for a category.

TIME: Registration begins at 5:00pm each Wednesday. Competition starts at approx. 5:45pm.
LOCATION: Clear Creek Whitewater Park, 1201 10th St, Golden, CO 80401
COST: Admission to compete in the series is free. However, you must be a current Colorado Whitewater member for insurance purposes. Renew or sign-up online or at the event for only $30, which includes entry to all three events and a one-year membership to Colorado Whitewater.
