Judy Thomas

Judy started kayaking about five years ago and quickly became addicted. She loved spending time outdoors with the great people she met through boating. She came to Colorado in 1989 for what was supposed to be a summer college job, fell in love with the state and ended up staying. 

She recently moved back to the US from living in the UK for three years, so much of her boating has been in the UK and Europe. She's very happy to be back in Colorado!  She loves combining her love of travel with kayaking. She's previously served on the Board as the Social Events coordinator Communications Coordinator. 

Her other passions include Canyoneering, Rock Climbing, Skiing and helping cat rescues. 

Her outdoor motto: "I do extreme sports, but I don't do them extremely."
