Mental Toughness or Training Camp

Is training camp included in the mental toughness course - or is it just suggested as a good additional course to take?  The note on the mental toughness course isn't very clear.  If you could only take one, which would you suggest?

I've got one season under my belt, but I tend to panic when I get upside down.  I do okay if I don't hit anything when I get upside down, but panic as soon as I hit something.

Mental toughness and training camp are separate events and registrations.  However, sometimes in the past the final parts of MT have been training camp so you need to do both if you are doing MT.  I am not %100 sure of this even though I am an (first time) instructor for MT this year.  From what you have said about just freaking out underwater it sounds like you have a pool roll and good skills which is what training camp is going to focus on and that you would get more out of Mental Toughness.  For more info you can contact me or Mark Robbins for MT and Patty Pinkham for training camp.
